Emil introduces a Norwegian folk instrument – The Langeleik.
He has been composing his own slåtts (a form of Norwegian song) for 3 years and has performed with the Langeleik in Boulder, Colorado, Aberdeen, Scotland and of course Norway.

RAGNA OLSEN and REBEKKA DANIELSSON

Ragna Olsen and Rebekka Danielsson are singer-songwriters from Stavanger, Norway. Their songs have focus on beautiful harmonies and dreamlike melodies. Their music is warm, reasuring and perfect for an evening at St John’s.

THE DAN CHAPMAN QUARTET

Dan Chapman’s musical background began in a study of classical piano at a young age which evolved into a lifetime of exploration of blues, rock, folk, swing and classical music. He learnt to sing by listening to Robert Plant, Ella Fitzgerald and Jeff Buckley -among others-
